Refund/Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety of all of our customers we are unable to accept returns for jewellery that has been worn.
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer store credit for returned items. Please note:
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging
- Returns must be securely packaged to in order they reach us safely
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Once your return is received and approved your store credit will be issued to the same email used with your order.
Incorrect Address
If you have entered a wrong or incomplete or incorrect address at checkout please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to update this before your order is dispatched.
Please note we are unable to offer refunds or resend orders that are sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If you receive a faulty item or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
If you receive any incorrect items or are missing any products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask you to return any incorrect items to us unworn and in their original condition. Once received, we will resend the correct item where possible, subject to stock availability. If the correct product is unavailable, a refund will be issued for the affected product(s).
