Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide so no matter where you are in the world you can get your fix of Saska Jewellery!

My order hasn’t arrived?

If it has been over a week since your order was dispatched please contact us at shopsaska@gmail.com so we can look into this and arrange a resend if necessary.

How do I care for my Saska jewellery?

We recommend that you remove your Saska Jewellery before bathing, showering, participating in physical activity and going to bed. Once removed, gently polish your jewellery with a soft cloth. Ideally your jewellery should be kept in an airtight jewellery box. 

Do you have any discount codes?

We are extremely grateful for all of our customer and supporters on instagram so we try to give back wherever possible. We run regular giveaways on our instagram, and offer discounts for new customers. We also do a few site wide sales per year, to ensure you don’t miss out on any of these make sure you sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of our site!

What are your dispatch and shipping times?

We always want you to receive your orders as soon as possible so we have all orders shipped within two working days (Monday-Friday). We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for as our delivery method so most orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday), however due to the pandemic there is still some remaining effects on certain areas so this time estimate will not be fulfilled. If you are concerned of the whereabouts of your order please contact us at shopsaska@gmail.com so we can look into this for you.

I bought on pre-order when will my order be shipped?

Occasionally we offer the option to purchase products on pre-order, your whole order will be dispatched when all of the products become available. If you would like your available products to be sent first please contact us at shopsaska@gmail.com to arrange this. You will be required to pay a secondary shipping fee to cover the cost of sending your items separately. 

Can I track my order?

Unless you select tracked shipping at checkout you will not be able to track the current whereabouts of your order. However, you will be able to use your reference number to confirm delivery and see who has signed for your parcel incase of delivery to a neighbour.
